2023 has just begun, but the calendar is already filled with design events, festivals and conferences along the next few months. After the pandemic, marked by postponements and cancellations, we’re spoiled for choice with events related to the world of design.
After Light Middle East & Intelligent Building Middle East, the first major event on the calendar that was held from 17 to 19 January, we’ve saved five dates for this winter.
The 72nd edition of the world’s largest exhibition for Scandinavian design will take place at Stockholmsmässan in Stockholm from the 7th to the 11th of February. With more than 400 exhibitors in the furniture and lighting industry, this year the fair includes new features like The Nude Edition, a new exhibition area with smaller stands made of recycled material. The Guest of Honour 2023 will be the design studio Front.
From the 26th of February to the 2nd of March, the World’s greatest retail fair will be back in Düsseldorf for its 21st edition. Every three years, EuroShop attracts the main players in the retail industry to discover all the novelties and innovations that will characterize the market in the coming years. Unmissable.

Light Fair is one of the biggest design events and lighting exhibitions in Japan. From the 28th of February to the 3rd of March, at the Tokyo Big Sight. The exhibition features the main lighting products and the newest technology on the Asian market.

LEDucation is a non-profit event powered by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York. Over 380 exhibitors and dozens of talks and panels, held by professional speakers covering topics that address important issues facing the lighting industry today.

Winter ends with one of the most anticipated design events of the year, the London Design Week, which will take place from the 13th to the 17th of March at the Design Centre in London. Over 120 showrooms to find out the trends of the new year and meet the protagonists that will define the vision of design in 2023.
